DESCRIPTION:

HERRMAX STEER SAE 75W140 GEAR OIL is a semi synthetic lubricant based on carefully selected highly refined base oils. This is high performance transmission oil for all differentials, including those equipped with a “limited slip” mechanism. It is characterized by exceptionally high viscosity stability at different temperatures and a very high fluidity at low temperature. This lubricant engineered to meet demanding performance requirements including Scania STO 1:0, Scania STO 2:0 A and API GL-5.

APPLICATIONS:

HERRMAX STEER SAE 75W140 GEAR OIL is suitable for highly stressed hypoid axle drives as well as spur- and bevel gears, change gears in vehicles and work machines as well as steering gears also requiring “limited slip” properties. This product is designed for use in heavy-duty drive trains that require gear lubricants with relatively high viscosity and excellent load-carrying capability and where extreme pressures and shock loading are expected.
