DESCRIPTION:

HERRMAX STEER SAE 460W GEAR OIL fully meets the requirements of CLP oils. That gear oil is zinc-free and consist mainly of mineral oils and selected additives. It lubricates reliably at operating temperatures of up to 100 °C and more. Even in cold environments the oils work reliably due to a low pour point.

APPLICATIONS:

HERRMAX STEER SAE 460W GEAR OIL is suitable for the lubrication of closed industrial gears with spur, bevel and worm gearing as well as gears with splash and circulation lubrication. It can also be used for simple hydraulic systems. It has an excellent scuffing resistance due to EP additives, good wear protection behaviour and corrosion protection.
